About the College
Established in 1993 and named in memory of social reformer Shri Barfiya Lal Juwantha, the college is a premier government institution of higher learning in the Yamuna Valley region of Uttarkashi. Affiliated with Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, the college offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across the faculties of Arts and Science, with a strong focus on accessible, affordable, and inclusive education for rural youth.
